RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Enjoy Shopping at chroniclefashions.com. We make sure the product is thoroughly Quality Checked before it is shipped.

You are free to exchange and return at any time within 3 days of delivery date/receipt date.

For Exchanges we would offer a Voucher code of the same value shopped with us.
For Returns we will refund/credit the product value back in your bank account.
FOR COD order we cannot initiate refund and hence a COD order can be applied for an EXCHANGE ONLY.
The return courier cost has to be initiated and borne by customer in all the three cases above.
In any major manufacturing defect/wrong product shipped the Return shall be arranged for a pick up by us and product value of same shall be encashed as Voucher or a Refund can be initiated.(any shipping or cod handling charges will not be considered for refunds made in any case) Kindly email us on the same day of receipt for defects.
Allow us a week to 10 days to process the Returns/Exchanges made post receipt of the product at our below address. However we will ensure its done at earliest.

We request to be KIND with our product and ensure the product is returned with all its original packaging, inner fillings, sling strap, add-on pouch, keychain (if any),and tag and bill, and any other material that came along with the product. (This is important to ACCEPT the return/exchange, since any missing items will only hold the process and make it longer to execute.)

REFUND/EXCHANGE ON SALE PRODUCTS:

The discounted products purchased during EOSS or SEASON END SALE , any offers, combos or promotions are not applicable for RETURNS or EXCHANGES. (We apologise for same).

Refunds and Exchanges are not applicable on products shopped from “SHOP FOR A CAUSE” section.

CANCELLATION POLICY:If you wish to cancel any of the products purchased please inform us the same day through email only to us for further process. customercare@chroniclefashions.com

Post shipping product cannot be cancelled.

*FEW THINGS TO BE NOTED:

We do not ship orders on Sundays and National Holidays. Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped out on the next Monday. Orders placed on a public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.
You will be communicated once your return is accepted/rejected through email or WhatsApp.
Damages at your end due to negligence, mishandling or improper usage/packing or missing parts will not be covered under our Returns Policy but we are available for any online assistance you require further on same.
Any shipping if applicable or COD handling charges will not be considered for refunds made under Returns/Exchanges.
In all the cases, company’s decision to replace the product shall be final and binding on customer.
