We do not charge our customers any additional shipping .However if you opt for COD there will be an additional Rs.149/- as COD handling charges on checkout.
Free shipping is available on all products, without a minimum order value. However COD is applicable on orders above RS. 499/- only.
You can track orders using our website under TRACK YOUR ORDER tab to find the current status of your order by using the Order ID number provided by us on your email.
We generally process & ship your order the next day from order booking and will reach you depending on the transit time to your destination. All the products ordered can be expected to be delivered on or before the given date unless there is unknown delay.
Depending upon the location, the product could be delivered to you within a week to 10 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. (For Nashik location you can expect same day or next day delivery. Contact for any help)
Prepaid orders are processed faster than COD as COD orders are verified and confirmed before dispatch and hence we encourage you to opt for prepaid .
Shipment status will be updated on your email/SMS/WhatsApp as per – Order approved/In process/In transit/Delivered as the process progresses.
In any case if the order is cancelled on same day by you; or by us for stock unavailability or any valid reason the full order amount including any add on charges (if paid) will be refunded before any dispatch process.
The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled before dispatch or lost in transit by us.
If a gift wrap is required with Birthday tag or message, kindly mention in remarks while placing order or WhatsApp us.
